What is an EFT session like?
EFT stand for Emotional Freedom Technique. Also known as Tapping, it is a technique to heal mental, emotional, and physical issues and bring about the things we desire! It is based on some of the same principles used in acupuncture and psychology. We lightly tap on different points on the body while speaking certain statements. This activates the body and brain to optimize emotional health, overcome mental blocks and FEEL BETTER. EFT has been shown to be many times more effective than traditional talk therapy.
EFT can be used to treat everything from trauma, PTSD, anxiety, stress, fears, phobias, and subconscious limiting beliefs. These emotionally-based issues affect our lives in every way – in our relationships, in our home life, in our careers, and even our bank accounts.
